Acceptance of Orders

If you place an order with us, this will be your agreement to place an order to purchase our products at the specified price.
Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail an acknowledgement to you as soon as possible.
Provided the goods are in stock, available at the specified price, and your payment has been approved they will be dispatched within seven working days.

Delivery
​
Standard Delivery is charged at £3.95 per UK Mainland delivery address unless otherwise stated with the product description. Large/heavy items will be charged at £9.99.
** Please note you can only order for mainland UK orders from this website.**
We aim to deliver your goods as soon as possible after ordering, to the delivery address, and person of your choice, provided we have credit/payment clearance.
We aim to dispatch your goods within seven working days provided we have your order in stock.
Delivery of some items is by courier and may require a signature.
Delivery dates are given with the best intentions.
We accept no liability for any delay resulting from something which is the responsibility of the courier.

Returns
​If you're not happy with your order (we really hope that you are!) then please contact us at info@rswithenbankinteriors. Items must be returned within 7 days and in their original state and undamaged. Refunds will only be processed when the item reaches us. The cost of returns is to be paid for by the customer.
